Coaching provides a sounding board & space for you to get clear on what you want
so that you can take the next steps to create and get it. Roadblocks can be a common obstacle during the process. So, together in the coaching space, we identify patterns that come up. This might be old belief systems, emotions, behaviors or dynamics in interlocking relationships.
COACHING WITH MICHELLE goes 3 STEPS FURTHER for LASTING CHANGE.
1. When applicable, we explore the functioning or emotional patterns that come up within roadblocks while looking at the BIG PICTURE instead of the subject in isolation. This means using a broader lens of systems thinking for individual functioning within the body of your family, relationships, social and work body to better identify & track what's occurring. This wholistic approach takes a typical isolated and many times symptomatic focus out of isolation, dislocating the attachment, and distributes the energy from that focus to the interlocking factors in relationships & ones environment. It is within that larger space of awareness beyond the individual body that old habits and old patterns of thinking can be replaced for LASTING CHANGE and RESILIENCE. It is also here that you can reside most fully in the vast space of your true self to experience freedom and your limitless potential. Because the process of this shift of a new homeostasis can cause secondary ripples, Michelle incorporates customized stress management tools as part of your resources.
