LEVEL 1
An introductory Iyengar Yoga course. with standing postures, forward bends, twists & shoulder balance. This is class is open to new & seasoned students. Postures can be adapted according to your needs, goals & ability.
SHORT COURSE
Weeks 2-5 Neck & Shoulders
Weeks 6-9 Low Back & Hips
Weeks 10-12 Restorative, iRest Yoga Nidra & Pranayama
This tailor made, fit just for you, yoga & wellness program will help you establish & maintain a regular practice to suit your individual needs,
practice space, lifestyle & availability. You have the option to follow the five session format below or choose the topic each session will focus on.
