This hour long restorative class will use 1-2 heart and hip openers to open the chest and prepare for pranayama. From there will learn to connect with the breath for specific breathing techniques from Light on Pranayama. Lastly we will go into deep healing & rest through the research based practice of iRest Yoga Nidra.
